| Detailed Description: | At Little Harvard we aim to provide a home away from home catering for the needs of not only the children in our care but also their parents. With over ten years experience in childcare, the management and staff continually strive to ensure that there is a homely, secure, and above all fun environment in which the children in our care can flourish. We realise that in order to provide the highest standard of childcare care we need to provide our children with staff who have a genuine love and interest for children. When choosing a carer or teacher for our children we of course look for an extremely high standard of qualification, but we believe that one of the foremost criteria in employing someone for our creches is their love and understanding of children. |
